This small community is located between Pelican Bay to the north and Park Shore to the south. The entrance to Clam Pass County Park is in this area, next to the Naples Grande Resort Hotel and just west of the Waterside Shops.

Beachfront

These properties are located directly on the beach.

Naples Cay Condos

While most of these are not directly on the beach, it’s a very short walk to the sand with no traffic.

Single Family Homes

Most, but not all of the single family homes in Seagate are waterfront. Be advised, the water can get pretty “skinny” so you need to pay attention to the tides.
