Coquina Sands is another well established neighborhood just north of Olde Naples, with wide streets lined with banyans. It seems to be suffering from a bit of an identity crisis though. Many of the real estate maps (and agents) refer to the beach area as the Moorings. Even the post office hedges, calling the area Moorings-Coquina Sands. The city defines Coquina Sands as the neighborhood with Orchid Drive as it northern boundary, South Golf Drive as the southern boundary, US41 at it’s east, and the Gulf as the western boundary. For the purists, we’ve dedicated this page to Coquina Sands, using the Naples government boundaries – and duplicated the crossover properties on the Moorings page.
